HOW WE CAN HELP

THERAPY

Our holistic approach to therapy aims to strengthen an individual understanding of themselves and provide them with the tools they need to improve their overall functioning in the world. We offer both virtual and in person sessions.

CONSULTATION

There are times where you may have questions but are not seeking ongoing support. For these situations, we provide brief consultation to individuals, parents, or to schools to answer quick questions, offer feedback or guidance.

PARENTING

Parent coaching is available to parents who are seeking advice on how to emotionally support their children through big feelings and behaviors. These sessions aim to support your child and the parent child relationship. We draw from a combination of behavioral interventions, mentalization based approaches, and emotion coaching strategies.

TEEN RESOURCES

We aim to support teenagers in emotional regulation and finding a sense of value and purpose in their lives. We have resources tailored to support teenagers struggling with anxiety, identity formation, stress, depression, anger and sleep. Our hope is for these resources to teach distress tolerance, develop coping skills and daily mindful awareness.
