a SPACE to FIND Healing, Growth, and Renewal
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a psychotherapy approach where individuals share experiences and challenges in a supportive setting. It creates community and fosters insights and interpersonal skills. A facilitator guides discussions, promoting open communication.
Participants find comfort in shared struggles, leading to increased self-awareness and personal growth. This method is beneficial for issues like anxiety, depression, or social emotional skills, offering a safe space for healing and connection.
